Refund Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide the best services with complete transparency. Upon payment, our team will notify the client within 1 day whether the requested work can be started. If the work has already started, refunds will not be issued. Refunds are only applicable within 1 day of payment and, if approved, will be processed after deducting payment gateway & others charges + 10% our processing fee. Payments made beyond this timeframe, or for work that has begun, are non-refundable, and no exceptions will be considered. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
